I worked with Jeff Atkinson and Everhome Realty during a recent real estate transaction. We sold our home of 26 years.

It has been so long since we sold a house and I have to admit, I was apprehensive about using a “discount” firm. Frankly the huge cost savings helped me to overcome any misgivings I had. Heidi and Jeff helped us sell a house and buy a house in a very fast moving market with places selling very quickly.

Once in a great while I'll eat at a restaurant, have an excellent meal, get the bill, and MARVEL at how they can provide such quality and satisfaction at such a reasonable price!

I have another such experience to report; this time the “”restaurant”” is Everhome Realty. I closed out a $3 Million property that I had WISELY listed with Everhome. I got the benefit of full service representation, possibly even BETTER, and saved more than $70,000 in sales commission charges. David Bartels and his entire Everhome team are pure class and 100% competent all the way!

Can I cancel if I am not happy?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, if you cancel before 90 days then we ask that you reimburse our hard costs such as photography, lockbox, and showing coordination. The maximum cost would be $1,180.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden fees at all! If you want to add features such as drone photography there is an upcharge.

Does your sevice include the buyer agent commission?

No, you will still need to pay a buyer agent commission. However, if you find a buyer that is not represented then we will represent them for $3950 which is more savings in your pocket!

This sounds too good to be true. What am I missing?

We get that alot, but we promise there is no catch! The only thing we don’t do is actually show up at your house. We do all the marketing, coordination, negotiations and more. Plus, you can use our real estate attorney for consultations as an additional bonus.
