First of all they are a full service agency, which from a service standpoint is no different than any other agent. The difference is the cost, which is much less. So you get the same amount of service for much less $$$, but that is just the beginning. The thing we liked most about David is that he had a (date specific) game plan and showed it to us the first night we met him. He laid out his plan and his pricing and did not try and “sell” us at all. After we chose to go with him he did everything he said he would do, on time. He and Heidi were always there for us with any questions that we had. By the fourth day we had an offer that we accepted (10% over asking price). We could not have been more pleased with the service Help-U-Sell provided. If you are searching for an agent then David should be your next phone call.
