He was very timely in getting our home listed on MLS, and was great at giving suggestions to make our showings as productive as possible. Within 5 days, we were lucky enough to receive 11 very good offers. Jeff was instrumental in helping us navigate these multiple offers, and the requests for best and final offers that followed. He worked with us from morning to evening, answering questions and giving ‘suggestions’, tho any final decisions were always ours to make. Once we were in Escrow, Jeff and his team ‘held our hand’ thru a bumpy ride to closing, which (due to the buyers lender) took significantly longer than planned. Jeff stayed in close touch through it all. I know this review might sound like I’m giving Jeff a bit to much ‘hype’, but he deserves it! We got SO much more guidance and dedication from Jeff and his team than I ever expected. Also he’s a fun guy, with a great sense of humor that was quite helpful during some of the ‘bumps’ we experienced with our buyers, that caused some intense emotional reactions in me. ??I highly recommend Jeff and his expertise for your real estate transactions??
