Although, I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California, I no longer work in the field and I am not a member of any MLS. Jeff listed my property in three different MLS systems for maximum exposure, resulting in a reasonably quick Purchase Contract. Jeff handled the transaction very professionally and clearly insulated me from potential liability associated with a Real Estate Broker selling his own property. Jeff also gave me very good level-headed advice associated with a few incidents that might have threatened the transaction while it was in escrow. I am exceptionally pleased with all of Jeff’s assistance. The only thing I would have done differently if I had it to do over again is that I would have used a local title and escrow company rather than Jeff’s recommendation from Southern California. I believe a local title and escrow company would likely have been slightly more cost effective and would have made the transaction a bit easier for both Buyer and Seller.
