His very strong communication, listening, and empathizing skills helped me to know where to begin and alleviate my fears. Jeff was very good at returning my calls very soon, giving me the sense that I had backup and support if needed. Being a senior alone and having not much help physically made this process almost overwhelming for me. Jeff never minded hearing me vent about my frustrations and gave me some amazing suggestions and ideas that got me through.
